Contact
When you are ready to begin, please reach out so we can arrange a time that fits your schedule.
For new client inquiries, we invite you to send a brief note with your name, contact information, and a few words about what you are seeking help with. You may also include preferred days and times for sessions. We respond as soon as possible and offer a brief consultation to determine whether working together is a good fit. Sessions are available both in person and online. Hours are by appointment, and we do our best to accommodate individual schedules. We do not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, please call your local emergency number, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact a 24-hour hotline such as your national lifeline.
New client consultations
If you are interested in beginning therapy, please send a short note with your name, contact information, and a few lines about what you hope to explore. You may also include preferred days and times, along with anything you feel comfortable sharing about your current concerns. We will respond as soon as possible to outline next steps and arrange a consultation.
Talks and interviews
For inquiries about talks, panels, workshops, or interviews, please send a brief description of the event, including its focus, audience, format, and proposed dates. You may also share relevant context about your organization or goals. This helps us gauge availability and fit, and we will follow up promptly to discuss options.
Writing and publications
For reprint requests or permissions related to articles, handouts, or other written materials, please provide a short description of your project, including where the material will appear and your publication timeline.
