For new client inquiries, we invite you to send a brief note with your name, contact information, and a few words about what you are seeking help with. You may also include preferred days and times for sessions. We respond as soon as possible and offer a brief consultation to determine whether working together is a good fit.
Sessions are available both in person and online. Hours are by appointment, and we do our best to accommodate individual schedules.
We do not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, please call your local emergency number, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact a 24-hour hotline such as your national lifeline.
